We mainly ship with Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or DHL.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. If you are having difficulty tracking your parcel, you may contact us at anytime.

Shipping times are estimated, and sometimes couriers can get backed up! Make sure you allow extra time to receive your package, and select "Express Shipping" at checkout if needed. Though we aim to process your order within 1-2 (business) days of receiving it, we are a small crew and may get back-logged during sales or busy periods. We thank you so much for your patience!
