Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within our 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

No fees will apply for exchanges due to a mistake on our end; however, certain exchanges may result in a re-shipping fee. We thank you for your understanding!

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn or unused and with tags.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@bearbeardancewear.com. 

Once your return/exchange is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label and/or instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to send us feedback, we want to hear from you! We always appreciate the opportunity to make things better.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days passed approval, please contact us.
